Tanya Roberts-Graham Appointed to PathWays PA Board of Directors

Tanya is one of two new members joining our board.

FOLSOM, PA – Tanya Roberts-Graham, CCP, Director of Corporate Compensation at Independence Blue Cross, has been appointed to the board of directors for the non-profit organization PathWays PA.

Roberts-Graham, a Brookhaven resident, has a long history of working with organizations in the community. She is currently working with the Big Brothers, Big Sisters program, and from 1992-2015 she was the National Youth Coordinator for the National Baptist Deacon’s Convention of America, Inc. Roberts-Graham earned a Masters of Science Degree from Temple University and a Bachelors of Science Degree from Cheney University.

As she joins the PathWays PA board, Roberts-Graham will bring thirty-plus years’ experience as a human resources executive. In her current position at Independence Blue Cross, which serves nearly 8.5 million people in 28 states and the District of Columbia (including 2.5 million in the region), Roberts-Graham is responsible for the design, implementation and administration of competitive and innovative compensation and incentive programs. Before working for Independence Blue Cross, Roberts-Graham worked for Michelle Associates, Penncro Associates, Inc., Drexel University, and Cigna Companies.
