Samuel H. Becker Appointed as Vice Chairperson of PathWays PA Board of Directors

His dedication and commitment to PathWays PA has helped the organization navigate changes in the economy and in the funding opportunities available in recent years.

FOLSOM, PA – Samuel H. Becker, Partner at Blank Rome LLP, has been appointed as the Vice Chairperson of the Board of Directors for the non-profit organization PathWays PA.

Becker, a current board member, received PathWays PA’s “Partner in Excellence” Award in 2015 alongside his company, Blank Rome, an Am Law 100 firm with 13 offices and more than 600 attorneys. His dedication and commitment to PathWays PA has helped the organization navigate changes in the economy and in the funding opportunities available in recent years.

“I’ve always been impressed by the level of service PathWays PA provides to its clients,” said Becker, “and by PathWays PA’s energetic board. I’m excited to take on the role of Vice Chairperson and continue my commitment to helping people attain self-sufficiency, and ending the cycle of poverty, homelessness, and abuse in our community.”

In his work at Blank Rome, Becker concentrates his practice on business matters, including acquisitions and finance. He has spent time, depending on the economy, on bankruptcy and out of court restructuring, acquisition and sales of troubled companies, finance, and advising companies on general business issues. Many of his clients are companies that he has helped successfully restructure. In his free time, he loves cycling and has biked over 2000 miles across the United States.
