Redden-Huff is one of two PathWays PA Board Members appointed in June 2019
FOLSOM, PA – Robert Redden-Huff, Operational Lead of Care Standardization for Medical Group Operations at Christiana Care Health System, has been appointed to the board of directors for the non-profit organization PathWays PA.
Redden-Huff, a graduate of Delaware Technical and Community College and Wilmington University, brings a wealth of experience to his new role. He has had a 20+ year leadership career with Christiana Care Health System, serving most recently as Director of Operations for Christiana Care’s Value Institute and Operational Lead of the Care Standardization Group to establish transformational care standards across the health system.
To support his leadership responsibilities, Redden-Huff has accumulated leadership certifications, including Lean Six-Sigma Black Belt, leadership and engagement training, and sensitivity to cultural differences. Redden-Huff is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and the National Council of University Research Administrators, among other professional organizations.
Beyond his work for Christiana Cares, Redden-Huff also makes time to mentor others and to support community organizations. “My mantra is to impact the world by empowering people,” says Redden-Huff. He is a founding member of the Man Up! Forum Men’s Mentorship Program, an alumni member of the YMCA Black Achievers, and a mentor and motivational speaker for Project SEARCH.
